Application:
Cartec Ultra Finish 12000 can be used on car paints to achieve ultimate shine or to remove holograms.
Instructions for use:
1. Determine the working surface within shoulder width and six times the area of the polishing pad.
2. Apply 3 pea-sized dots (for ⌀125mm) of Cartec Ultra Finish 12000 to the polishing pad.
3a. Rotary: Take the Cartec grey pad for rotary machines (RF2170 for ⌀125mm). Spread the product on the lowest setting and increase the speed to 1200 - 1500 RPM.
3b.Dual action: Take the Cartec grey pad for dual action machines (RF2176 for ⌀125mm). Spread the product on the lowest setting and increase the speed to 3500 - 4800 RPM.
4. Work in sections and apply even pressure. Process the product slowly to build up heat.
5. Clean the surface thoroughly with the Cartec Microfibre cloth Anthracite (RF2210C) to remove all polish residue.
Tips & Tricks:
Use a rotary machine for best results.
Move the machine slowly on the surface to build up some heat.
Use Cartec Panel Spray (REFLPS) to completely degrease the surface, remove remaining polish residue and review the actual condition of the paintwork.
