Cartec Diamond Cut 3000
Cartec Diamond Cut 3000 is a compound with exceptional deep cutting, making it the perfect choice for hard and scratch-resistant paints. It quickly and effortlessly removes deep scratches, sanding marks (P1200 and upwards), spray mist, orange peel, dust, sags and runners. Additionally, it is highly effective on newly painted surfaces.

Application:
Cartec Diamond Cut 3000 is designed for removing sanding marks (P1200 and finer), deep scratches, paint haze, orange peel, dust inclusions, runs, and paint drips.
Instructions for use:
1. Define the working area – it should be shoulder-width and cover a surface approximately six times the diameter of the polishing pad.
2. Apply 3 pea-sized drops (for ⌀125 mm) of Cartec Diamond Cut 3000 onto the polishing pad.
3a. Rotary polisher: Use the green Cartec pad for rotary machines (RF2310 for ⌀125 mm). Spread the product at the lowest speed, then increase the speed to 1200–1500 RPM.
3b. Dual Action polisher: Use the green Cartec pad for DA machines (RF2316 for ⌀125 mm). Spread the product at the lowest speed, then increase the speed to 3500–4800 OPM.
4. Work in sections using even pressure. Continue polishing until scratches are fully removed.
5. Thoroughly clean the surface using a Cartec Green microfiber cloth (RF2203C) to remove any polish residue.
Tips & Tricks:
- Use Cartec Panel Spray (REFLPS) to completely degrease the surface, remove remaining polish residue and review the actual condition of the paintwork.
- When using a rotary polishing machine, avoid polishing in one spot for too long to prevent overheating of the paint.
- Use a 3000-grit foam disc in the fine-grade abrasives process to reduce polishing time
Cartec Final Cut 9000
Cartec Final Cut 9000 is a “one-step” finishing product that provides a deep gloss to the paint. Small scratches and holograms are easily removed. The “one-step” technology is a great tool for professionals who want to work efficiently. Also, it’s works perfect as the finishing step after compounding.

Application:
Cartec Final Cut 9000 is suitable for the finishing step after compounding, but also works well as a one-step.
Instructions for use:
1. Determine the working surface within shoulder width and six times the area of the polishing pad.
2. Apply 3 pea-sized dots (for ⌀125mm) of Cartec Final Cut 9000 to the polishing pad.
3a. Rotary: Take the Cartec white pad for rotary machines (RF2150G for ⌀125mm). Spread the product on the lowest setting and increase the speed to 1200 - 1200 - 1500 RPM.
3b. Dual Action: Take the Cartec white pad for dual action machines (RF2156 for ⌀125mm). Spread the product on the lowest setting and increase the speed to 3500 - 4800 - 4800 RPM.
4. Work in sections while applying even pressure. Process the product until the scratches are removed.
5. Clean the surface thoroughly with the Cartec Microfibre Cloth White (RF2207C) to remove all polish residue.
Tips & Tricks:
- To “finish” in one step and remove as many scratches as possible, the Cartec Final Cut 9000 also works very well in combination with the coarser yellow Cartec pad (Rotary: RF2120 & Dual action: RF2126).

Application:
Cartec Hybrid Wax, with its versatile formula, is ideal for protecting and beautifying both new and old paint surfaces. It can be applied to a clean exterior, including special finishes such as wrap, PPF (Paint Protection Film) and matte paints, to create a uniform, protective layer that enhances appearance and durability.
Instructions for use:
- Do not use in the sun or on hot paint surfaces. Shake well before use.
- Spray Cartec Hybrid Wax on the surface to be treated.
- Use a clean microfibre cloth (RF2211C) to buff Cartec Hybrid Wax with a circular motion.
- Buff to high gloss. Use a clean cloth or the back of the cloth already used.
Tips & Tricks:
- Cartec Hybrid Wax also works well on plastic, stainless steel and the rear and side windows of the car.
