If the malfunction is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the service center will provide a cost estimate for the repair and wait for the Customer’s approval before proceeding.

Yes. We understand that in some cases, repairs may not be economically viable (e.g., due to high replacement part costs). After diagnosing the issue and estimating the repair cost, the Customer has the right to cancel the service. In such cases, the only cost incurred will be for transportation.

Yes, you can request post-warranty repair or maintenance by filling out the service form. This is a paid service, and all transport costs are covered by the customer.

No, the warranty does not cover transportation to and from the service center. Transport is a paid service covered by the Customer. The warranty covers the repair of the device itself.

Yes, absolutely. We issue VAT invoices for businesses and receipts for individual customers.

The repair time depends on several factors, such as:

The standard repair time is 10 business days. This period may be shortened or extended depending on the circumstances.
