Cartec Textile Protector is suitable for use on all textiles and leathers. It provides optimal protection against water-based liquids.

Application:
Textile Protector protects new and cleaned textiles, such as carpets and upholstery, as well as Alcantara and leather, from stains and dirt caused by water-based liquid spills.
Instructions for use:
Process the product in a well-ventilated area. To prevent excessive inhalation, the use of a respiratory mask is advised.
When used on textiles:
- Pre-clean the textile with Cartec Textile Cleaner (1204) or Cartec Interior Cleaner (1205), then allow it to dry before applying Cartec Textile Protector.
- Thoroughly mist the upholstery with Cartec Textile Protector. Ensure the surface is fully moistened. Avoid forming drops. Immediately remove any Textile Protector from areas that do not require protection using a clean microfiber cloth.
- Leave the treated surface to dry for 60 minutes, then repeat the treatment. In most cases, two layers are sufficient to achieve optimal protection.
When used on leather:
- Clean the leather with Cartec Interior Cleaner (1205) first, then allow it to dry.
- Spray the Textile Protector evenly onto the leather. Apply a second layer after 60 minutes. Finally, rub the Textile Protector in with a microfiber cloth or application pad to achieve an even, neutral finish.
The treated surface takes about 2 to 3 hours to dry, whether it is leather or textiles. After this time, the protection will take effect. Make sure there is adequate ventilation during the drying process.
Tips & Tricks:
- Absorb spilt liquids with a tissue or moisture-absorbing cloth; do not rub.
